Frontman Brent Walsh says: “‘Cave In’ is one of the most deeply personal songs I’ve ever written. It pertains to my experience as a child dealing with family drug abuse and the way I still attempt to cope and make sense of it as an adult. My hope is that ‘Cave In’ can be as cathartic for people to listen to and sing along to, as it was for me to write.”
