IMPORTANT: Website Changes Coming!!!

New things! New things!

Hello lovely readers! First off, I want to thank you all so much for being loyal these past four years. I’ve loved bringing you new music and reliving our old favorites together and giving you stories of my life on tour. This blog has truly been my baby, and you all have allowed me to have that.

But it feels like time for a change!

I’m moving my format to YouTube. (If you are not following me on YouTube already, FIX THAT NOW!) I’m keeping the website up and will continue to post new vlogs here, but I’m in talks with a potential videographer to bring you some actual *good* content. Get ready to hear my annoying voice and watch my dumb face regularly, ya’ll!

Keeping up with the site has been difficult in the past few months (what with having to move on short notice while juggling multiple jobs and all) and to a certain extent I feel like I’ve lost passion for it. I get so many emails a day and I dread having to go through all of them and respond, and this is supposed to be fun for me outside of my day job(s), not stressful like a whole ‘nother job.

You’ll still see more posts here for a while. Like I said, I’ve fallen way behind, and I fully intend on getting caught up on everything that I meant to post in 2019. (Yes, things will be obnoxiously back-dated and I’ll pretend I didn’t just write them in January/February 2020, but ya know.) But once those are done, we out. Videos only!

Except for one more exciting thing:

I have started finally writing my book about my time as Concert Fairy! I’d originally envisioned it as a bunch of shorter, funny stories about my life on tour (like Tucker Max but concerts instead of sex and alcohol), but I’ve started taking a memoir writing class, and it seems like it may be more… idk, ~deep~ than I thought it would be. This is my life, and yeah, it’s been a lot of fun, but it’s also made me who I am today. And I’m proud of that, dammit.

I imagine I’ll probably self-publish? I did go to school for publishing, and honestly I miss using InDesign, so it would be cool to create the entire thing myself. So you can talk to me directly if you wanna buy it if I ever finish it. (This is me making you all hold me accountable. Yay!)

Please still feel free to send me emails with new music! Instead of looking for songs to post now, I’ll be looking for bands to interview when they come through New York! I’m excited about this. Let’s do it!
