There Is Nothing Left to Lose might be the most underrated Foo Fighters record. It's the one Dave Grohl recorded in his basement in Virginia after the band almost fell apart.

"Learn to Fly" gets all the attention but the deep cuts on this album are where it shines. "Aurora" is gorgeous. "Next Year" is pure optimism wrapped in a power chord. This is comfort food rock at its finest.
